Here at Papillon Home Care Ltd, we ensure our clients are at the centre of what we do.
CQC Registered Care Agency, Papillon Home Care was incorporated in February 2018 by Mary Harvey, award-winning home care registered manager and UK Care Awards finalist.
The name Papillon is a tribute to the late Mrs Papillon, who was a headstrong, amazing and inspirational woman who Mary cared for.
We aim to provide the very best in home care that is safe and responsive to our client’s individual needs and we take pride in ensuring clients are treated with dignity, whilst respecting their right to privacy.
To provide a quality of home care that enables our clients to remain independent and living in their own home.

We care for our workers as much as we care for our clients.
At Papillon Home Care we want to ensure our clients are receiving the highest standard of care possible, to do this we invest in our workers. We know that a happy and skilled workforce equals happy and cared for clients.
Part of this is the training we offer our care staff, we ensure they are fully competent and confident within their role.
We have regular staff meetings, one to ones, supervisions, and monitoring, allowing us to see if any additional support is required and for our workers to openly talk to us about any concerns they wish to raise.
Our office has an open door policy for our staff. We want to ensure they feel a part of the Papillon family.
