Papillon Home Care are recruiting dedicated Care Workers to provide vital support to our clients based in The Marsh.

We are recruiting for care staff in Lydd, Lydd-on-sea, Greatstone, Littlestone, New Romney. ST Marys Bay and Dymchurch.

Working in homecare is an extremely rewarding career where you will make a difference in peoples lives and provide support to those who need it most. Whether it be support to wash and dress, assistance with medication or accompanying to appointments, you will play a critical part in enabling vulnerable people to remain in the comfort of their own homes.

We do require applicants with some experience in health and social care, we are looking for people with the following attributes:
• Kind, caring and compassionate
• Good communication skills and a good listener (Must have high levels of written and spoken English language)
• An energetic, positive person who enjoys building relationships with people from all walks of life
• Happy to offer support with a range of tasks, including personal care, preparing meals, administering medicine, shopping and light household duties

Applicants will be required to have an Enhanced DBS before commencing work, this is at the applicant’s own cost.

Due to an occupational requirement where our clients require personal care and request female care staff, we are currently only recruiting for female care workers, our male rounds are full.

UK Driving licence with access to a vehicle essential

While we offer flexible work, you will need some availability to help with some evenings or weekend calls.
