Here at Papillon Home Care, through our training programme, we will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to be an excellent home carer. We will capitalise on your caring personality and your want to help others; through our extensive 6 week training (One day a week), you will learn what you need to be able to start a career as a home care worker and you will be able to earn as you learn, by working and shadowing with experienced care staff while you train.
Working with Papillon Home Care you will support our clients with daily tasks within their own homes. Each day is different and each client has their own story to tell. From assisting to get up in the morning, getting washed and dressed, help with medication, domestic help and assistance to appointments, you will become a key person in that client’s life. Giving you that rewarding feeling from your role.
