I don’t want short-term contracts:
We have staff members who have been with us since we opened in 2018. With agency work, you have the freedom to decide when you work. You submit your availability each week, and we provide work opportunities around that schedule. We regularly acquire new clients, which means we can offer a variety of call times.
As long as you are willing to work, we will provide you with opportunities. The more flexible your availability is, the more work we can offer.
I need regular set hours:
At Papillon Home Care, we experience a steady flow of care inquiries. While the nature of domiciliary work means our client numbers may fluctuate, there are always work opportunities available. Even during quieter periods, we continuously seek new care packages to ensure a consistent supply of work for our staff.
While we cannot guarantee fixed hours, we strive to provide work that aligns with our staff’s needs. We are committed to increasing our rotas by seeking new care packages and continuously recruiting to support new client care needs.
