You have ALWAYS been there for us. We have always felt fully supported. I’m sure it has taken a huge amount of work to ensure Mum was always seen. The carers have been so understanding and patient with her as we know she can sometimes be hard work due to her anxiety.

We also appreciate that this was especially difficult during a pandemic. We can’t believe that Mum and Dad never got covid. That is because you had protected them.

What has been lovely to see is the relationship built between the carers and Mum. Through their hard work and patience they have seen through to who she really is.

Tracey and Hayley have been so reliable and consistent. We have really needed that.

We probably don’t need to tell you but those who deserve to be especially recognised are Sophie and Janie. Our family are so grateful for their genuine kindness and understanding. They have supported not only Mum and Dad but also Richard and I through our hardest of times.

Our time working with Papillion has made things so much easier than it could have been and allowed us to work and carry on with our lives knowing Mum and Dad are well cared for.

While it was strange to have other people in our home initially, we will now certainly miss all of our friendly visitors.
